A great deal of care and time goes into making each instrument. We truly hope that you love your new instrument. But, if you choose to return your kalimba there will be a 10% restocking fee on the purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs.
To receive a refund, your kalimba must not be damaged in any way. We reserve the right to deny the return based on the condition of the kalimba. You must send your kalimba back within 14 days of receiving it.
